Additionally I have a food allergy to the onion family and so stated to the server-the butter was served with the bread with chives as garnish and I was told the chef said it was OK-WRONG! The next night was a disaster. I fail to understand why a steakhouse cannot cook meat exactly as ordered especially when it was not very busy that evening. It was tender and flavorful but for a steakhouse I was disappointed it was not cooked as ordered. The first night I had prime rib -I ordered it medium to medium plus-it arrived rare at best. This was our 3rd and 4th time to this restaurant located within the New Buffalo Four Winds Casino-I did not review in the past but considered it 4-5 star for service and food-beef and anticipated our return for two consecutive nights.
